2000 square foot master bathroom suite addition and a complete interior remodel. The challenge with this particular house was that there was not much worth saving. However, the building department has very strict regulations about how much of a house can be remodeled before it is considered new construction and thus subject to more stringent building and code requirements. 50% of the total linear feet of the existing exterior wall must remain. We were able to keep it at 49% but it was a close call. All of the trusses were hand made from recycled reclaimed wood.
