Due to our extensive experience, CDP specializes in doing Facade Improvements. In this particular case the challenge was to tastefully adapt the historic nature of the building to meet new functional requirements and turn a single occupancy into a double occupancy, each with its own entrance. The solution involved pouring over historic photographs to find a design approach that was consistent with the historical "bones" of the building. The new tenant entries were ganged and placed back from the street face creating an entrance vestibule.
