This was one of Jason Brenner's favorite houses he did while he was a Principal at the design build firm Ruff & Assoc. It is a 5,000 square foot home surrounded by grapes. He designed a tower with a small bar, just so the owner could survey his land while enjoying some quite time. All of the beams and columns are structural and exposed. This required every visible connection to be designed. The end result is beautiful detailing mixed with grand, uplifting spaces. The house meanders around the site disguising its size while creating intimate inside, outside and inside/outside spaces!
